Description:13 cm warty hyperpigmented plaque
Comments:This 30-year-old woman complained of a slowly expanding warty growth on side of her left foot. Skin biopsy showed hyperkeratosis and acanthosis of the epidermis and tuberculoid granulomas in the middermis. Acid fast bacilli were found on tissue section.
