Description:large ulcerated tumor
Comments:A 75 year old man developed a large ulcerated tumor on the mid scalp, and a skin biopsy confirmed the clinical diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma. The tumor responded quickly to radiotherapy, and there was no evidence of recurrence 5 years later.
