Description:4 cm lobulated red tumor with overlying yellow exudate and crusting
Comments:A biopsy of this 4 cm tumor revealed a pyogenic granuloma. On excision it was noted to extend to bone. Granuloma has returned despite being debribed 5 times, tendon removal and 2 failed skin grafts.
