Description:diffuse symmetric red annular papular eruption
Comments:A 4 year old boy developed a fever and minimally itchy red papular eruption with some annular papules and plaques suggestive of target lesions. His mucous membranes were clear. His sister and cousin with whom he spent Thanksgiving vacation developed fever and a similar rahs within 3 days of his.
