discrete round bright red scaly 0.5-1 cm papules and confluent plaques with overlying yellow scale and some crusts

This 10-year-old boy with a complex medical history developed a papulosquamous eruption on the face which spread to the hands and legs over the following week. The lesions were minimally itchy and improved with topical steroids.
