Description:nontender bony tumor
Comments:A routine physical examination on a new 12-year-old immigrant from Haiti revealed a large painless bony nodule on the medial aspect of the right proximal tibia. Radiographs revealed diffuse skeletal osteochondromas. His father had similar tumors. The lesion demonstrated here was excised for cosmetic purposes.
