| Comments: | This 38-year-old man complained of progressive itchy painful warts in the suprapubic area for 8 years. The lesions were excised and most of the area was closed with a primary repair. A small residual wound was covered with a full thickness skin graft, and the patient made a complete uneventful recovery. | |||
