Description:symmetric thickened scaly hyperpigmented plaques on the soles
Comments:A 61 year old woman developed a keratoderma on the soles 4 months ago associated with onychodystrophy of the right middle finger and mild scaling of the palms. Although she is healthy and the lesions may herald the onset of psoriasis, the possible association of Tylosis with esophageal carcinoma prompted a gastrointestinal evaluation.
