Multiple nonpruritic hyperpigmented,shiny patches and plaques with atrophy and wrinkling of skin were dissemiated over the neck, chest, shoulders, arms and upper back. A button hole sign was positive. Laboratory examination revealed a high sedimantation rate and positive antinuclear antibody screenn. | ||||
