| Comments: | A 65-year-old diabetic man living in Tehran in Southern Iran had a 1 month history of an ulcer on the right elbow that did not respond to treatment with two weeks of oral cephalexin and metronidazole. Histopathologic changes were consistent with leishmaniasis. | ||||
