| Comments: | A healthy 6-month-old boy developed an erythematous confluent papular rash on the buttocks. This was his first diaper dermatitis which cleared quickly on treatment with frequent diaper changes and bepanthen ointment and hydrocortisone 1 percent cream. | ||||

The scaly red patches cleared after 5 days of treatment with topical lubricants and with hydrocortisone ointment 1 percent . | ||||
