Description: right and left eyes showing moderate conjunctival hyperemia and mucoid discharge with ulcerations on the eyelid margins and ankyloblepharon (eyelids are stuck on the eye ball).
Comments: This adolescent developed fever, erosive conjunctivitis and oral mucositis, and a widespread red eruption on the head neck, upper trunk and to a lesser extent the lower extremities following the administration of an anticonvulsant and acyclovir. Bullae developed on the face, neck, upper trunk, upper arms, and palms and soles.
