Comments: This 2-week-old boy demonstrates a Mongolian spot on his wrist at a routine health check-up. He had similar lesions on his buttocks. The case was prepared by pediatric resident at the University of Missisippi Medical Center Dr. Eric Street.

Description: 6 cm X 2.5 cm skin colored to slight pink-brown pebbly plaque with leathery texture and well demarcated border
Comments: This 6-year-old girl with tuberous sclerosis was managed for seizures and developmental delay. She had other features of tuberous sclerosis including this shagreen plaque on her lumbosacral area, a smaller similar plaque on the neck, and a hypopigmented patch on her posterior thorax.

Description: 9 day old girl with acute onset of 5-10 bullae on arm and neck. Bullae ruptured leaving shallow ulceration, exuding yellow fluid. Sterile needle aspiration revealed methicillin sensitive Staph aureus on Gram stain and culture.
Comments: A 9-day-old girl developed 10 flaccid bullae on her neck and arms. The bullae ruptured leaving erosions and yellow crusts. A culture revealed methicillin sensitive Staphylococcus aureus.
