| Comments: | This 38-year-old woman noted the sudden appearance of a "dent" on her right shoulder. There was no history of inflammation or pain, but the presence of findings of lipoatrophy suggested a preceding episode of blunt trauma or some sort of injection causing fat necrosis. | ||||
