| Comments: | This 54-year-old woman was treated in the intensive care unit for streptococcal cellulitis and multisystem failure. Two weeks later she developed multiple indurated red nodules on her face. A biopsy showed a medium size arteritis. Consistent with polyarteritis nodosa. | ||||
