	*Description:*	intact superficial pus-filled bulla and nearby ruptured bulla with crusts
	*Comments:*	This healthy vigorous newborn developed several grouped yellow vesicles and bullae which ruptured with minimal trauma. A skin culture grew Staphylococcus aureus, and the child improved quickly with oral antibiotics and local wound care. No one in the famiy had impetigo, boils or other cutaneous infections, nor was there a history of similar infections from the nursery.
