| Comments: | This 15 year old boy complained of a rash on the palms and soles. The "copper penny" lesions characterized by reddish browm thick scaly papules about the size of a penny are typical of secondary syphilis. He denied a history of a chancre, but his serologic test for syphilis was positive and the rash cleared with penecillin therapy. | ||||
