Comments: his 45-year-old woman with history of hepatitis C developed intensely pruritic papules on top of her hands, wrists, arms and ankles several months ealier. Some of the lesions were organized in a linear fashion in areas of excoriation demonstrating the isomorphic or Koebner phenomenon.
