Description: well circumscribed round dome-shaped violaceous nodule
Comments: A solitary nodule on the cheek of a healthy 40 year old woman showed histologic changes typical of a B-cell lymphoma. A complete physical examination, CT scans of the chest, abdomen and pelvis and chemistries were normal.
