PEOP usually occurs during the third trimester in the first pregnancy. Symmetric urticarial papules and plaques some erythema multiformelike start on the abdomen, particularly in striae, and may spread to the proximal extremities. The intensely pruritic eruption usually resolves promptly after delivery. | ||||
