Pearly penile papules occur in at least 50 percent of men. When elongated lesions may be mistaken for genital warts. Histology resembles that of angiofibromas. Reassurance is usually sufficient, but lesions can be ablated with carbondioxide laser, electrocuatery, or cryotherapy. | ||||
