| Comments: | A 55 year old man developed a papulopustular eruption on his hands 10 years after bowel bypass surgery for morbid obesity. The lesions which had been present for over a month were pruritic, and he was otherwise well. Laboratory studies including blood and tissue cultures were normal or negative. The skin biopsy revealed sterile pustules. | ||||
