	*Comments:*	This 6-year-old girl with a recent history of sore throat developed fine bumps over her arms and trunk. Her mother was alarmed by peeling in the groin, shoulder, neck and digits which appeared a few days later. Although a throat culture was negative, anti-steptolysin antibody was greater than 250. This case prepare by senior medical student at the University of Mississippi Arlene Chiemprabha.

	*Comments:*	This 8-year-old boy developed 1-2 cm violaceous nodules with overlying scaling and crust most prominent in the largest, primary lesion. These progressed in a sporotrichoid pattern along his chin. A biopsy showed granulomatous inflammation with cultures positive for Mycobacterium marinum.

	*Comments:*	A 3.5-year-old girl had a 2 day history of progressive erythema on the back, neck, and face particularly around her ears. Twelve days earlier she had a mosquito bite which became secondarily infected 2 days later with the development of superficial bullae and honey-colored crusts. Two days before evaluation she developed diffuse tender red skin and low grade fevers. Although she had peeling lips, her mucous membranes were clear. She improved with anti-Staphylococcal antibiotics, and 7-10 days later experienced widespread peeling.
