This case has classic histologic features of a pyogenic granuloma, or lobular capillary hemangioma. Pyogenic granulomas may undergo different stages of evolution. Depending on when biopsied, they may be ulcerated, markedly inflamed, or even sclerotic/hyalinized. | ||||
