| Comments: | This 8-year-old boy developed 1-2 cm violaceous nodules with overlying scaling and crust most prominent in the largest, primary lesion. These progressed in a sporotrichoid pattern along his chin. A biopsy showed granulomatous inflammation with cultures positive for Mycobacterium marinum. | ||||
