| Comments: | This adolescent girl was evaluated for a patch of vitiligo on the right side of her forehead extending into the frontal scalp. On examination a diffusely enlarged thyroid was noted, and on further questioning her parents told of a history of Grave disease. | ||||

The nodules showed myxedema, and the diffuse thickening of the hands and feet were consistent with thyroid acropachy. | ||||
