Comments: A healthy adolescent complained of slowly spreading bronze lesions on her left wrist and forearm. A skin biopsy showed histologic changes typical of pigmented purpuric dermatosis. She was on no medications, had no history of tinea pedis or other infection, and had an otherwise normal skin examination.
