	*Comments:*	A 14-year-old malnourished Sudanese girl was evaluated for a lesion on her left leg that was diagnosed histologically as Kaposi sarcoma .The tumor failed to improve following several courses of chemotherapy and radiotherapy given in the United Kingdon and Germany. This image demonstrated the ulcerated tumor associated with fractures of the underlying bones 2 years after diagnosis. This child was an example of African endemic Kaposi sarcoma in the setting of immunosuppression from malnutrition.
