A week ago he attempted violent masturbation which resulted in pain and his inability to retract the prepuce. The edema decreased and the foreskin was reduced after injecting lyophilized streptokinase dissolved in 2 percent xylocaine into the dorsal and lateral sides of the site of constriction. | ||||
