Comments: This toddler with a history of acropustulosis demonstrated new lesions during a recent flare. The eruption had improved dramatically with longer disease free intervals, decreased pruritus, and shorter time ot healing of the eruption.

Comments: This healthy-8-month-old boy developed waxing and waning pruritic round vesicles and pustules on the feet and occasionally the hands 4 months ago. No one else in the family had similar lesions, his lesions were restricted to the distal extremities, and multiple scrapings for scabies mites were negative. He improved with high potency topical steroids

Comments: This 6-month-old Afro-American boy was evaluated for pruritic papules on his hands, wrists, and plantar aspect pf his right foot. No one in the family was itching, and no burrows were noted on the infant.
