Comments: A 6 month old boy developed multiple widespread pink/ violaceous and yellow papules and plaques on the arms, legs, and trunk. Although he appeared well and was developing normally, his wight and height were below the 3rd percentile for age. An evaluation of calcium and phosphorus metabolism is pending. His neonatal and family history is not available.
