Description: 7 cm annular plaque comprised of skin colored to slightly pink papules and nodules with central clearing
Comments: This 5-year-old girl developed a slightly itchy nodule on her foot, which slowly spread while resolving in the middle. It disappeared spontaneously after a little more than a year.

Description: 0.8-1.5 cm pale red annular plaques with dusky centers and without epidermal change
Comments: This 6-year-old girl was thought to have recurrent ringworm since infancy. She had 5 annular asymptomatic plaques on her feet which did not improve with topical antifungal cream or topical steroids. The case was prepared by Dr. Gerad Troutman from the University of Mississippi Department of Emergency Medicine.

Comments: This healthy 5-year-old boy developed a chronic asymptomatic eruption on his arms, legs, and thighs. Recently he also erupted with itchy red edematous papules most organized in groups of 3-5 lesions and many in lines.
