Comments: A 34-year-old man complained of multiple flesh-colored papues on his face and arms. Although not symptomatic he was worried, because they continued to spread. He was recently diagnosed with Human immunodeficiency virus infection and had a CD4 count of 156.

Description: 0.4-2 cm expanding red crusted plaques with central pearly papules
Comments: This 3-year-old boy developed secondary infection with Staphylococcus aureus after scratching molluscum on his back. The excoriated areas improved with topical antibiotic therapy and the molluscum papules resolved over the following months. This case was prepared by University of Missisippi year 3 medical student Kelly Jeanes.

Comments: This child's mother noticed these asymptomatic pearly papules on this 6-year-old girl's toe while she was giving her a bath. The mother mistook them for vesicles and tried to pop them unsuccessfully.
