Description: clustered dermatomal crusted vesicles
Comments: This 2.5 year-old girl developed acute onset of painful red papules and vesicles on the right flank and lumbar region. She was treated with oral acyclovir and topical compresses and calamine lotion. The pain resolved in 48 hours and the vesicles dried a week later. Note the progression and healing of the eruption.
