Comments: A healthy 34-year-old woman was noted to have a pigmented macule on the medial inferior aspect of the left iris. The lesion was unchanged for as long as she could remember.

Comments: This 5-year-old girl with extremely fair skin and blue eyes demonstrates a symmetric light reflex from the center of her pupils. The white speckles on her pupils are normal variants and do not represent true Brushfield spots.

Comments: This 30 year old woman was noted to have a partially brown right iris at birth. Her eye examonation was otherwise normal. She was light complected with light brown hair, multiple freckles in sun exposed sites, and a burned easily in the sun (skin type I).
