	*Comments:*	This 45-year-old woman developed tender red nodules and cysts in her right axilla. Complicating factors included obesity, hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia. Hidradenitis suppurativa is a chronic inflammatory follicular-occlusion disorder affecting area rich in apocrine glands. The diagnosis is clinical. The severity of the disease varies significantly from isolated axillary involvement, to involvement that includes: inguinal region, buttocks,perianal region, scrotum , or the vulvae.
