Comments: This 21-year-old woman, who was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, developed a widespread morbilliform eruption on her trunk and proximal esxtremities associated with fever when her disease flared.

Description: symmetric red 0.5-1.5 cm round and sometimes confluent papules and plaques
Comments: This healthy 15 month old girl developed a widespread morbilliform eruption most dense on the trunk in association with chronic recurrent fevers for 3 weeks. After a complete medical evaluation a diagnosis of systemic juvenile rheumatoid arthritis was made. She improved markedly with a nonpsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent.
