| Comments: | A healthy 48-year-old woman developed a facial eruption 7 weeks ago which was treated with a low potency topical steroid without improvement. She had a good response to a mid potency topical steroid, but the eruption rebounded when the medication was discontinued. Over the last 2 weeks she had improved with oral doxycycline. A skin punch biopsy showed sarcoidal granulomas typical of granulomatous rosacea or perioral dermatitis. | ||||
