Comments: This slowing expanding blanching red papule on the upper lip was of cosmetic concern to this adolescent boy. These telangiectasias can bleed profusely with trauma, and respond well to yellow pulsed dye laser therapy.

Comments: Multiple spider angiomas appeared on this adolescent's right leg a year earlier. The telangiectasias were persistent, stable and not symptomatic. Note the surrounding pallor which is also common around isolated spider angiomas.
