The patient was treated with 5 days of valacyclovir, 12 days of anti-allergic agents and class$B|u(Blocal steroid. There was no recurrence for 6 months. Not only the content and base of the vesicle were examined, but also the vesicle itself were included routinely. In this case, the epidermal sheets of the vesicles were observed from the corneum side. The viral cytopathic changes in the follicular epithelium were also clearly observed. | ||||
