He aslo had frontal brossing, a flat nasal bridge, and pseudoepicanthal folds. Many of the lesions were destroyed with gentle carbon dioxide vaporization, and he was counseled about vigorous sun protection. | ||||

She cleared with the application of a mid potency topical steroid which was tapered over 10 days. She had a minimal recurrence which cleared with topical emollients. | ||||
