This 23-year-old woman had slowly enlarging cysts on her scalp and forehead for several years.

Description

The tumor is compised of several large, well demarcated basophilic nodules in the dermis, unattached to the epidermis. The nodules, which are contained in a thin fibrous capsule, are composed of small dark basaloid cells with hyperchromatic nuclei, and large cells with a pale nuclei. Small duct like structures are also present within the tumor lobule.
