This adolescent girl with a history of systemic lupus erythematosus in remission was evaluated for persistent brown papules and plaques on the face, scalp, ears, arms, and legs. The scalp lesions were associated with hair loss. The lesions stopped progressing with topical steroids and aggressive sun protection.
