Comments

A 45-year-old woman had a 2 month history of red annular scaly plaques on both palms. A potassium hydroxide preparation of the skin scrapings revealed fungal hyphae on microscopy. The eruption cleared with topical clotrimazole and oral itraconazole 125mg/day for two weeks.
