This 34-year-old man who was admitted to the hospital with suicidal consupmtion of rodenticide devloped hepatitis with a prolonged prothrombin time. He was given three doses of Vitamin K 10 mg subcutaneously. Two weeks later patient he developed erythematous, edematous, nummular plaques with vesiculation, oozing, and crusting in all 3 injection sites (both deltoid regions and right thigh).
