Comments
These changes are typical of pemphigus vulgaris. The direct immunofluorescence demonstated intercellular IgG in the epidermis.
Description
There is a suprabasal blister with minimal lymphocytic dermal infiltrate on the right and reepithelialization of an old blister on the left.
