This amazingly healthy 9-month-old boy had diffuse urticaria pigmentosa. Although he had recurrent blistering evidenced by healing red purpuric plaques, the blistering had improved since the newborn period and his growth parameters were above 50% ile and his development was normal. He was taking ranitidine for reflux and desloratadine for hiving and blistering.
