This 10-year-old boy was evaluated for a 6 month history of recurrent crops of brownish red papules primarily distributed on the trunk healing with post inflammatory hypopigmentation.

multiple 0.5-1.0 cm round to oval reddish brown papules with adherent central scale or crust and scattered hypopigmented macules
