This crusted bullous eruption continued to spread in this 4-year-old girl despite treatment with topical steroids. When the diagnosis of bullous impetigo was made, she was treated with oral antistaphylococcal antibiotics with rapid resolution of of the eruption.

Description

4 year old female treated with OTC steroids for persistant rash, that continued to spread.
