This healthy toddler developed a widespread cutaneous bullous eruption with involvement of the oral cavity. A skin biopsy revealed a subepidermal bulla, and direct immunofluorescence showed a linear IgA band in the basement membrane zone. Indirect immunofluorescence was pending.
